Cain, the firstborn son of Adam and Eve was a farmer. When he saw that his offering to God was not accepted, but that God accepted the offering of his brother Abel he got angry and killed his brother.
After killing his brother Abel, Cain moved to live in the land of Nod, east of Eden.

Cains had two brothers named Abel Gen 4:1-2 and Seth Gen 5:3. He also had many other brothers and sisters that are not named in the Bible. Gen 5:4
Cain murdered his brother Abel while they where out in the plain. Gen 4:8
Cain had a wife and a son named Enoch. Cain built a City that he named "Enoch" after his son.
